I am really impressed by what Kanye West is up to right now. Damn, his new album 808s & Heartbreak is a bold departure from his past. Love the cover art, very Saville and he commissioned KAWS to do the chritsmas packaging cover.

Check out how he released it: In collaboration with Italian artist Vanessa Beecroft, hosted a listening event at the Ace Gallery in LA in which over 700 guests were invited to preview the entire album. Under Beecroft’s guidance, the event featured approximately forty nude women wearing nothing besides wool masks who silently stood in the center of the room. The women were illuminated by multicolored lights that would change as the music progressed. P.S He’s also designing some shoes with Marc Jacobs for Louis Vuitton.
